Delivery and Handling Charges
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer a flat rate of $ 9.95 for packaging and STANDARD delivery on orders up to $150 to be shipped anywhere in Australia. Discounted $4.95 on packaging and shipping on orders between $150 and $199 and free shipping on all orders $200 and above. Both the standard shipping rate and free shipping rate apply on all orders weighing up to 5 kilograms (per customer & delivery address) and non-bulky items. Customers may be contacted / invoiced separately for orders over 5 KG or orders with bulky items such as luggage.
We try our best to securely package your orders before despatch though Party Twinkle will not be held liable for items damaged or lost during transit. Australia Post offers extra cover for loss or damage with Registered Post. Please email us if you require this service.
We process orders and post them within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that Party Twinkle is based in Mordialloc, Victoria and if you wish to calculate the expected delivery time, please click here to check our business days.
We use Australia Post on all shipments. The delivery time will vary depending on your location but please allow 7 business days for Standard Deliveries and up to 10 to 14 business days for remote locations in Australia for Standard Deliveries.
We ship to select Countries outside Australia. For international orders, customer will be billed/invoiced separately for the shipping costs. This must be settled first before we can despatch your order. If we do not receive payment for the shipping within 3 business days from Invoice date, your order will be cancelled.
Any import charges / custom duties / additional fees are responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods purchased from us*, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will request you to package your item securely and return them to us within 7 days from the date you received the package for damaged or incorrect item and within 14 days from date you received the package if you change your mind. Items should be sent to us via Registered Post and we will refund you or exchange the item for you subject to availability. (see also Packaging and Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges section below).
*NOTE: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items purchased on Sale, Gift Cards, Milk Bottles and Balloons are exempt from being returned. For all returns, we require receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process your claim within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Packaging and Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, Party Twinkle will cover shipping costs for returning the item to us and sending the replacement item to you. For all other eligible returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item to us and sending the exchanged item to you. Original shipping costs when orders are placed with us are non-refundable. In case that Party Twinkle shouldered the shipping and packaging costs, e.g. purchases over $150 gets free shipping, the original shipping and packaging costs will also be charged to you in cases of refunds.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
